maybe this will help with the song. I slowed it down in audacity and also tried editing out vocals. the 3 versions are only different in how much music they still have and it is personal preference how much you want to hear. If you need even slower versions or something else let me know.

I haven't heard specifics, and the there aren't any details that I could find in the source-data of their hub-page that was useful.

So we're working with a lot of N's, which means many of those translations of "for our king" may really be "for our kin" instead...

Gah, it looks like we're still dealing with non-english lore words stuffed into there (besides Dovakiin and Skyrim).

I thought the "ah" and "ii" would be combined. I should have posted it earlier. Well I've got to go work now, but if it's not un-coded in 5 hours I'll print it off and have a go. Making these languages when I was younger (and Artemis Fowl) really helped my deciphering skills.
