Dark brotherhood popped in my mind but I don't see how that relates to the whole dragonborn plot...

It's a prayer to akatosh, they must be praying to the god for his rebirth, or something a long those lines!

The last stanza is the most interesting I'd think.

Aren't the dragons supposed to black and red? And black is also often a symbol of evil, so it could be both 'black' and black dragons.
