So it's back, that weird lag when looking down or up....

Post » Fri Feb 07, 2014 10:31 pm

My fps gets limited to 30 whenever I look up or down for some reason.

Turning vsync off fixes it, but I get a buttload of screen tearing from it being off, even at fps below 30...

I've used limiters in the past, which seem to work, but it uses a d3d9.dll, and I Can't Believe It's Not ENB uses one. Since I'm on a GT755M+IntelHD4600 laptop, using one switches to the intel gpu.

I used the fix at the Nexus, but my limiter uses a d3d9.dll too, so if there is a way to use more than one d3d9.dll mods at the same time... I would like to know. If not, what can I do to resolve this issue without a limiter?

Thanks for the help guys. I appreciate it.

With vsync off, what frame rates do you get when you look up or down?
