Morrowind had the puckab file that stored whatever you did last in CS. Is there something like that for CK as well? I took a quick peak at Skyrim's files and didn't see anything. CK crashed on me and I really don't wanna do aaaaall the navmeshing again.

They are in the first folder in your Skyrim main folder, the one with the exes. The folder named "Backup".
