Backwards Compatible?!

Post » Mon Nov 28, 2011 6:41 pm

If there is any way, ANY WAY, to make Morrowind backwards compatible, PLEASE for the love of God, Bethesda, do it. I'm getting so tired of trying to play it on my original peace of crap xbox. It would be nice to not have to use two different systems for a game that I really want to play.

Um.... You want it to play in on the 360? That has been possible for about 4 years:

You don't want to play it on the 360, it's terrible on there.

iIve tried playing Morrowing on the 360 but for some reason it wouldn't let me. And I figured it would be better on the 360. Considering the fact that every one I have in my possession is screwed up.

Definitely buy it for PC, it's worth it. Virtually any problem with the game is fixed when on PC, and there is still an active modding community making new content every day. I started off on the Xbox, and bought it for PC this past year in support of Bethesda when I heard that Skyrim was announced.

Even if you're getting it for the second time, take solace in the fact that if people keep buying Morrowind, it'll be a sign to Bethesda that there's still a lot of people who want a return to a more Morrowind-style rather than Oblivion-style game.

It may be convenient to play it on the 360 but it sadly does not run as well as on the original xbox. Either buy the PC version (which is infinitely better) or just keep running it on your old crappy xbox. I chose the PC. :twirl:
