BAD lag since installing the DLC

I dont' know what the problem is here. Supposedly they took a year to fix performance issues that weren't fixed. I had NO PROBLEM playing the game till last August when I beat it all. I had the neverending loading screens forcing me to force the PS3 off, but I never had quests glitch and I was able to beat the entire game no problem. And I NEVER had any lag. I put the game in today to start playing DLC and there's lag all over the damn place. I can't move my horse faster then a man tiptoeing or the screen starts stuttering. I'd hate to see a big fight on the screen like this...... When I stopped my horse a few minutes ago to let the game catch up (after going like 20 yards.....), I noticed grass/flowers loading on a hill ten seconds or more after I stopped. Basically the game's taking way too long to load things as I move through areas. This NEVER hapened before. I have all auto saves off, Save file was 15 MB when I stopped in August last year..... and i have like 800+ hours play time (left the game idle alot though)..... and till now NEVER had lag, let alone lag this bad. It's like trying to play a game that needs 2 GB of RAM when you have 512 AND the game has a memory leak.

Please fix this and send another patch Bethesda, and do yourself a favor...... Next time hire Devs that know what they're doing. I have about 70 games for my PS3 now and yours is the only one that had any problems (forget how MANY problems Skyrim's had). Why every Dev group but yours knows how to code for a PS3 I don't know.....

Oh ya you STILL have dragons that were just killed falling on your head from the sky when you fast travel. I killed a dragon at my new home near Falkreath, Lakeview Manor. Went to Markarth, came back and the dragon fell on my head right on the steps at the front door. Dead dragon falling outta the sky outta nowhere. That's happened before, even in places where I didnt' kill it. Also, that NPC Louis Letresh or whatever is standing at the spot outside Whiterun where your horse pops up and waits after fast traveling. This is after doing whatever quest line he was in, and he should be DEAD. And he wont' go away.

You're on a character with 800 hours of gameplay, and a save file of 15MB. That's pretty big.

Patches work the best on new characters. People have reported that since the new patch performance is a lot better, but the larger your save the worse performance is going to be, regardless of platform. If you don't get the issue on a new game, then the issue lies with your character.

You joked about it, but the issue is actually that you're playing a game that needs 2GB of RAM when you have 512MB, haha. Well, it's no longer as much of an issue as on release, but it's certainly still not ideal. That's why on the PC you can tend to have save files that are much, much larger before any issues kick in, as there are more resources to cope with the bloat.

Dragons do that because their coordinates are saved, but not height. It happens with you too. Take this test, stand on a mountain and jump off so you're in the air. Save and then reload. Upon reload, you'll find you won't be in the air, but on the ground. Same location, just because the height data isn't saved it snaps you to place on the ground. Dragons are naturally in the sky, so the corpse will snap to their "default" location, which will then drop. It's been this way since Morrowind.

The Louis duplication issue was fixed with a patch, but can't clean up any already duplicated ones. It goes back to the note that some fixes only work on new games.
