Bad loot = loss of cash spent along with daily score glitch

Post » Sun Feb 14, 2016 2:38 pm

Got a glitch that svcked something unclean.... Was making adjustment to my vault got a daily score. Accepted the caps...then 10 mins later got another daily with a 0% F when i had only dropped my happiness down to 85% after adjustment. I tend to adjust right after my score comes out so that i have 24 hours to bring the % back up...now how can you all help me...please. Oh and also i bought a lot of lunchboxes and the bulk of them opened up to be crap...wont buy anymore from you all. Unless that can be handled too..like 90% of the loot was junk bb guns and 9mm crap wheres the perk in buy if you dont get good loot. Sad ...im trying to hang on and keep going in this game in hopes it will get better...via new updates but seems this is going to be a drag after all...i expected much more from the creators of fallout.... And no multiplayer mode of any sort...come on.... Thank you for your time

Oh and i know the lunch box loot is random but i would be nice to recieve better loot. I was thinking maybe a higher percentage given to in game bought lunchboxes. I opened like 60 and recieve some good stuff and a dweller. The rest of the 90% was plus 50 power 100 caps bb guns rusty 9mm etc... Just stuff i had to sell to make room. And i had a butt chewing from the wife when i spent the cash. Just wanted a win but instead i got gangraqed by molerats. Help....

Loot from lunchboxes is fine, similar to the rarity of games like Hearthstone. If it was guaranteed, it'd make venturing into the wastes pointless and basically pay to win.

What I think they need to do, however, is make it so that you can either accept the loot, or break it down into a currency that you can use to create legendary loot. Like instead of me taking 500 caps, which is useless because I'm at the 999,999 gold cap, I can turn it into let's say "spare parts" which I can save up to construct a legendary item. That's how hearthstone handles redundancies via a disenchant feature.

And, ya, about the multiplayer thing -- since when has any Fallout game been multiplayer? Wrong company, dude.

What this game needs is actual fun, challenging content. Missions? Epic Super Mutant vault invasion, for us highly geared players at population and gold cap? Other uses for rooms, like the Armory can have a chance at making items if you put dwellers in it, so not just for training. And maybe there's a reason to create diners and gardens post-Nuka cola? As it stands, the only food and water I really need is Nuka cola. While I am now Uber efficient, I sorta miss having diners and other lower tier rooms. They should have other uses.

The game has just gotten so two dimensional and boring now that I have nuclear power plabts, Nuka cola, and death claws are trivial.

More enemies! More content! More uses for room! Disenchant feature for redundant cards opened in lunchboxes...

I don't understand the call for multiplayer or social gaming. The way I see it, It adds little beyond advertising.

That drop to the Percentage happened to me this week. On day 5, i had 0% and an F grade, and my vault happiness was on 95%.

Buying lunch boxes does seem pretty pointless. You are better off having babies, training them to 10 in all special stats and then sending them out to the waseland with some +End outfit and a good weapon. They will be better off than any rare/legendary dweller you get from a lunchbox.

For better gear, send out a few of them at once and don't check on them for 3 - 4 days. Their loot is generated when you log in based on how long they have been out so...if you send them out and log in 3 days later (without loading the game at all for 3 days), ALL the gear they get will be based on being out for 3 days. When they come home you should have all the rare weapons and armor you need to keep those nasty deathclaws at bay.

No reason to spend any money or get yelled at by your wife.

Yeah the sale was to much to pass up...as well as mr handys... Shes just jelly cause she has to do a lot of tapping lol... Nevertheless i the multiplayer thing in my mund was soming along the lines of breaking into other players vault...i agree missions would be great... Still i just feel like something is lacking in the game... Cant put my finger on what it would be with how the game currently is. You know what would be cool a room to trap and train deathclaws... Kinda create a gaurd dog pet like thingy...also why no dogs of cats in the vault....and where is eddy the little flying bot ...i needs some eddy
