I've looked at the post of previous topics on this issue and looked at the mods but I'm worried that they will mess up the look of RCRN and Enhanced lights and FX. The problem occurs alot in towns and stores and inns, shadows give a kind of ripple effect on the floors and NPCs this bothers me and I'm reluctant to try the mods for reasons stated above. Is there a way I can fix this through the ini or settings? Know that I don't have a high grade computer its mid grade but still plays skyrim smoothly so I do have FPS loss with high and ultra shadow settings currently playing on medium.

This also shows the over blocky shadows that I didn't have until recently also the stripping is recent.
