I just got this game for my PC and right off the bat Iv had an issue with it. Whenever I talk to people I cant hear a word there saying, I just see there subtitles. but if I pause it than unpause, they say that bit of dialogue. But you get to the next bit of subtitles and boom, there back to saying nothing. This happens with both NPC that your directly and not directly talking too. Also some other minor sounds are slow, like picking up caps and other small items. Where you should hear a sound you here nothing, then 3 seconds later you hear it. I have a XP but I dont want to say that sound card is the problem since its not very old. Is there any other way to fix this problem?
