ill take that as a no as in prolly not any of the nexus people. thats ok you chose to take the cowards way out. just like modders before you who chose to leave for the same "small" reasons you are some body will take your place somebody will allways take your place if you choose to leave. you and your mods names will eventually fade from memory because of "YOU". so go to nexus and give your fans the big middle finger thats basically what it sounds like your about to do.

that's all and suppose a Nexus moderator came and posted, "we have looked over CRI mod and its fine, we are not going to remove it" then that would be the end of it, but I don't know the moderators opinions on this so I can't say, we'll just have to see.


Well then ask him and post his reply here... He tested my file and found no illegal content.. It would be really great and right if you would od this.

Hmm. Well, I see the main gist of it, but seeing as I've never even looked at CRI, I can't really comment on anything beyond that. Anyway, I'm sorry you've been forced to withdraw from the scene here, spinat, even if you did steal a of things. Which, by the way, I can't really judge myself, I've never looked at the mod, I've never read anything about it, but knowing people are quick to judge I'm going to bet it was a misunderstanding. Sometimes there are no pleasing some people. But, hey, then again, they could be right too, so, as I say, I can't judge this one.

My point is I'm sorry to see you go either way, and hope whatever you plan to do in the future will work out.

agree! spinat whatever people say or think about you or your mods is IRRELEVANT. its about what you think and what you wanna do. so what if a few people get salty about you or your mods. thats life and you can please every one so dont try to because that just causes un-necessary stress.

I dont care if my "mods names will eventually fade from memory", it wasnt my intention to became a greatest modder of the world. All i wanted is to share for free, i wanted to make ppl play great game over and over again. I love the fallout world and idea, so i decided to improve game expirience. There will be many much better mods and i will use them and enjoy.... I NEVER tried to exploid work of other ppl to make me to greatest modder for theis costs. I used my work and the work of other ppl for only one reason. Make fallout world much better and interesting.

Just do yourself a favor and upload it again.

If it is legit and contains no ill acquired materials, it will stand to the scrutiny. Pulling it may be perceived by many as an admission of guilt. So long as all included materials made by others are either A) Added with the express permission of the original author(s) or B) The read me's of the original works specifically said their resources could be utilized freely AND they're all credited for their contributions to your compilation, I see no reason to pull it. Doesn't look quite like my cup of tea, but it takes all kinds.

There really shouldn't be any doubt. If you're not sure, don't use others' work until you are... :shrug:

Well, Spinat, I don't like huge combination mods like yours, or like FOOK. Never did.
But that's not the point.
A lot of people love your mod. You can't just take it down because of a few people who don't.
I will probably never download CRI, but you can't let that stop you.
You should keep it up for all the people that will download it, and they're they only people that you should take into account thinking about taking down your mod.

However, I would suggest then if you put it back up you just make the credits a little more formal and noticeable.

lol thanks=))) It wasnt actually a "huge combination mods", i took items armors and weapons resources from other ppl (WITH CREDITS!!!!) and made my own think... I added new faction to the game. Some horoes, with new cool abilities. So you can just summon them and they will follow you and help you in the battle=)) It wasnt just taking work from other ppl and putting it together=)))

I'll admit I reported it for the lack of credits (missing ones, I saw this thread and assumed like an idiot you only credited people who made a fuss) and the AK-103. Which was hasty, and a bit of a bad decision, but I stand by the report for the AK-103, If it was banned it shouldn't be included in any other files. However I know people like the mod and use it, I figured you would get a warning or something about the AK, not that it would spiral into this. I would say reupload it but only if it was balanced out. In the end it's your choice, you aren't going to please everyone, and there will always be people who act like jerks, go off half cocked (like myself) or mis-interpret things. :shrug:

Edit: I have college classes that take a lot of time but if you want to re-do the mod I can help to an extent, I'm a pretty good writer (so I have been told) and have experience with the military, so I can help make the squad more realistic, instead of some UBER TERMINATOR DESTROY EVERYTHING SONS OF RAMBO group. I can help you make them function like a real squad, with short comings the player will have to help compensate for. Unfortunately I have limited experience with the GECK and can't script for beans, so I would be forced to provide support in other ways.

I spent the time it took to ask for permission to distribute converted/modified meshes/textures from a variety of folks, and after seeing it included in this thing, I reported it immediately. While it was blocked for a few days, Spinat and I exchanged PMs. I explained the issue and pointed out which .nifs included meshes from The Pitt, but a few things weren't very clear, so I figured I would leave it up to the moderators. As long as proper permissions are requested/granted I'm fine with it, but I can't speak for everyone. At this point, I'm not really sure if its worth all the trouble.

The last time I checked it a pauldron/armguard from The Pitt's Leather Rebel .nif was still included in the mod.

I haven't seen this gun, why is it banned anyway? I had to look up CRI since I didn't know what it was, what mods was this guy grabbing stuff from anyway? Some of the armor and guns looked pretty good, kinda wish FOOK had them in it.

Wow, what a [censored] [censored]fest this thread is. Spinat doesn't seem like a bad guy to me and I haven't tried his mod, but you people behave like little girls. Instead of making such a fuss about this why don't you alert the modders whose resources he used without credit and help him get permissions instead?

If the resources in your mod are all credited, obtained permission, legal etc, then screw the naysayers. Upload it back.
