Hi, I'm using Balanced Magic for balance of course and tried Apocalypse and Midas. I knew Midas Magic from Oblivion, so I knew it'd be very unbalanced. No problem, but I still uninstalled it. And Apocalypse: same thing. Killing undead with a small portion of magicka, conjuration spells are very cheap etc.

What I'm really looking for is REAL balanced magic with a lot more variety in spells. So I want spells like resist magic, poison, increase speed, command NPC, slow target etc. But in a balanced way.

Before asking: No, I don't want to try any of the huge overhauls like perkus maximus, Skyre and requiem. I'm not ready to let go of vanilla-ish Skyrim yet.
