What am I supposed to do with this stuff if I didn't do any of the railroad quests? I know there is a specific quest you do to get the clothing modification ability, but since I sided with BOS, I thought the ability was null, yet I keep seeing merchants selling this stuff.

I bought some anyways just to see if I can use it on something, but I haven't come across a use for it yet. It's almost as if since I beat the main story, these shipments just started appearing in the inventory for some of my merchants in my settlements.

Any use for it at all? Or is this some sort of bug.
