So, I just unlocked this. Didn't know it even existed until I got it. At first, I thought I was awesome. Something I always regretted was all the cool clothing that was useless in the previous games. This gave me a reason to dress up in some nice clothes and still kick some butt.

However, the limitations on it are annoying. I'm playing a Gunslinger, so I thought the best bet for my character were either the Minutemen General's Uniform or the Colonial Duster. They both matched "Sheriff" idea the best, imo. Sadly, I quickly learned neither of these can be upgraded, making them pretty, but useless (or pretty useless), especially when compared to a fully upgraded, regular Minuteman Uniform or pair of jeans and a green button down shirt. It's weird that you can't upgrade Preston's duster, but you can upgrade MacCreadys. Seems inconsistent.

To make matters worse, the only one hat I've seen actually benefits from this as well-- the trilby. Which goes with none of my outfits. Ugh. I guess I'll be sticking to The Silver Shroud armor (or maybe Reginald's).

It's great idea, but I feel it's too limited. Hopefully, there will be a mod for this at some point.
