Again this mod has been put on hold, Although this time it's a much more serious issue.

On Monday, February 21st, 2011, my beautiful sister (in law) was shot in the heart and died. I have spent this past week in disarray and misery. Today, Saturday, February 26th, 2011, we laid to rest a beautiful beautiful girl who left this earth way to early.

I will continue work on this mod soon, within a week or so, and I hope to release it very soon. It is almost done, roughly 98% is done right now. I should release it before the second week or during the second week of march

Well, as for an Update, I have finished roughly half of the HOBO FACTION QUEST. That means I have another half of that quest line, and then all of the GUARD SQUAD FACTION QUEST. And then I have to just add a bunch of random NPCs to add to the feel of the undercity.

UPDATE

I have finished the guest line for the HOBO faction. HOWEVER:
I need help with scripting out the final two missions of the HOBO quest line, AS WELL AS, Scripting the entire Guard Squad quest. So I need a script writer whom can
run checks to make sure an NPC has been killed for a journal entry and all things of the such. My scripting abilities are pretty bad at the moment :/


I will be posting for a formal request for a scripter and have the ESP ready for them to use on Sunday, so if you know anyone or if you are someone who like to help me out, PM or email me.

If you mean that the Journal gets updated upon the NPC's death....
Attach this script on the NPC.
begin YourScriptName		if ( OnDeath == 1 )	Journal "your journal's name" 10endifend

- Replace "10" with the correct Index number.

You can also add more to the script, if you need to check it against other Journal entries, as well.

If you have lots of scripting questions, you should start a thread in the CS forum ;)

:thumbsup: HUGE UPDATE :thumbsup:


I am currently having a spring break from school and thanks to all my hard work the assignments that I have to do over the next week are minimal :touched:
So today I had enough time to not only mow my yard (haven't had time to do that in over a year :o) I also tested out the Hobo Faction Quest from start to finish!!! The scripts work and it flows! Here's a look at what's left to do:

1. Type Dialogue/Journal/Scripts for Guard Squad
(There is no worry about the scripts of for this faction b/c they are all mission to kill people and I can manage a simple OnDeath check :goodjob:)
2. Put together the Two lots that I have already received from the modding community.
3. Fix all my goof ups. (I deleted one of the pathways in the sewers! <_< )
4. RELEASE THE ALPHA!!!!!!!!

You can all expect a release within the next week. I am getting really excited about it myself. :twirl:
