Post » Fri Aug 26, 2011 3:24 am

Im just wondering, since their are tomatoes, potatoes, watermelons and lettuce .... are there bananas.....

and speaking of things from real life that are magically in Skyrim.. are there cows/sharks/shrimps/not poisoned apples....

It's probably to cold in Skyrim for bananas to grow naturally, maybe an alchemist would have some, though.

Me thinks this too as banana's don't grow in cold places.

What a fascinating thread...

Just to be on what little topic there is here, I think someone went to a farm where there were both cows AND chickens. You can even pick up eggs.

True though I do not see why banana's shouldn't be in

1. Banana the fruit. Where there is a banana, a monkey is not too far away.

2. "You've gone bananas!" A phrase stating you're crazy. Yes, more than likely they'll be people who have gone crazy in Skyrim. When you play Skyrim, you too may have "gone bananas" with excitement.

3. One could say, A monkey with a banana has "gone bananas" in which case it's a crazy monkey with a banana.

Mmm Banana's... They wouldn't be able to survive my Banana tree dies in a Florida winter but it does come back every year so yeah maybe in the lower region's or perhaps a tropical Island DLC, that would be sweet and a nice change of scenery.

Yeah, they'd have to import bananas from the Summerset Isles.

If anywhere, I think bananas would grow in Black Marsh. But then again, maybe not.

skyrim isnt always cold....

But you would never get the right temperature to grow bananas, in Norway we can grow apples (not up north where I live, but further south), but bananas would be impossible.
I believe skyrim to be about the same climate or colder than Norway.

The only way to get oranges, bananas and other exotic fruits would be to import them from plases like the summerset isles.
