Bandits against Marauders. In a fight.
Who would win?

If the category "Marauder" includes the notorious and very-much-feared "Marauder Warlord" then I would put my money on Marauders.

Best way to settle this, go to Rockmilk cavern, or if you prefer Fort Nikel, and see who wins.

Personally I'd say Marauders. Heavier armour, Orcs and Nords, and battlemages. By comparison apart from the Redguards, the bandits are a bit flimsy, with lighter armour, and their hedge wizards svck.

And marauder warlords beat the crap out of bandit ringleaders.

Goblins. Definitely goblins.

Plus they're more entertaining.

You could make a case for ogres, too.

Pffft, goblins. Even my aged grandmother could smack down a goblin. She wouldn't even have to get out of her wheelchair. She could just hit him with her wooden cane. And not even the wooden part either. She could use the soft rubber tip at the end and still teach a goblin the meaning of "Don't tamper with my Medicare benefits, sonny." She wouldn't even need her cane. All she would need to do is ram those low-hanging metal foot rests into his ankles. While he was screaming in pain from hairline fractures in his ankles she could be whacking him over the head with her wooden cane and telling him to get a job.

I remember my first play through (unmodded) I liked seeing goblins at low levels because "hey easy loot", then at higher levels (20+ iirc) it was more like "there are sooo many of them .... and ... they .. just ... wont ... die... )

For the purpose of this poll I'm going with Marauders though, as others have said .... Marauder Warlord.
