Bandits wo weapons - what to check? : V

In my current game quite a few bandits have no weapons. Let's say 1 out of 4 or something like that. It's both Bandits and Bandit Outlaws. The odd thing is that I had no such issues in my former play through, when I had the same mod list as now. The major thing that has changed is that I've switched from BOSS to LOOT. Anyway, has anyone an idea what to check for in TES5Edit to try to pinpoint what's causing it?

Well you wanna check "Non-Player Character" to see if any edits have been made. And perhaps the "Weapons" category, and "Leveled Item".

Use a bashed patch for the levelled lists. (include every mod that affects levelled lists, including DLC and unofficial patches)

LOOT has a tendency to order the mods differently compared to BOSS. Due to that here's a high probability that one of the mods affecting the levelled list is higher up in the load order then it was before, whereas before another mod affecting the levelled list took priority.

Thanks. I wonder if the issue is that LOOT loads Lore Weapon Expansion and WarmongerArmory_LeveledList after SkyRe_Main? With BOSS it was the other way around. On the other hand, the Bashed Patch seems to pick up everything from all three and I have nothing after the Bashed Patch that edit leveled items. I can't see anything that sticks out either with the Bandit NPC or the bandit leveled items.

EDIT: I saw your post after posting the above. Yes, I'm using a Bashed Patch - and the leveled items from the different mods seem to be in order in it.

Did you rebuild the bashed patch after changing load order or adding/removing mods?

Yes. When checking which mods it added leveledlists from I noticed that WarmongerArmory_LeveledList.esp wasn't there, but adding relev/delev, rebuilding the patch and waiting for a respawn didn't help so that wasn't it.

EDIT: Also, when checking, I notice that Winter is Coming: Cloaks only has a Relev tag. Shouldn't it have a Delev tag as well? Not that it has anything to do with my current issue.
