Banes Artifacts for Adventurers 2

Post » Sun Feb 27, 2011 3:17 am

I've got Banes Artifacts 2 installed. I am using Wrye and it says that it's dependent on MMM. I don't have MMM, it's not a requirement for the mod. Can I still use Banes #2 without MMM somehow? I want to remove the dependence on MMM or force Wrye to load it but I don't know how or even if I can. I think maybe it was packaged incorrectly with the MMM master file needed. It loads ok if you don't use WB but if you do use Wrye, it complains at you and you can't load Oblivion.

Any ideas?

I don't think you can change remove the dependency using Wrye Bash (but please prove me wrong, someone) but you can change the dependency to another ESM you use. That is a half decent solution that should work. For a complete solution load the mod using TES4EDIT, right click on it and choose Clean Masters at near the bottom of the list. That will remove the interim dependency without messing things up.

Change log
==========
Update 1.1
==========
Added a new .esp which is a non-MMM version. I strongly recommend replacing it with the original .esp

Hmmm I thought I had that one. I guess I had the old one. Thank you very much.

Petrus thanks for that tip. I need to get ahold of tes4 anyway; I did see in WB that I could point it to another esm but I didn't like how that felt so I passed on that idea.
