Ive just been banned from the mages guild for stealing from other members. Been told by Rominus that I need to collect 20 Dragons Tongue & 20 Redwort Flower to get back in. Ive managed to find a couple of each but can't seem to locate any more. Can anyone help? Are there any specific places I should be looking?

try the mage guilds. also there are two potions shops in the market district. inventory takes at least a few days to restock. to save some time, save the game before you enter the shops as not everything is in stock at the same time.

I find it ironic it was even suggested it lol. Actually I was wondering if the plants respawn more after a certain amount of time after they're picked. Never knew/figured it out. Anyone know?

South of Bravil I found a ton of Dragon Tongue's near a small closed in bit.

there are some redwort plants around a alyied ruin just east of bravil.

And they're probably still there.
