I found ft. Bannister today. I've been there before. There is a locked door there that leads underground. The lock is very hard. Is there anything down there worth going back for once I max out my lock pick.

There is a fatman and a couple of unique items.

EDIT: Can't really remember whether or not the unique items are down in the locked area though.
