Bashed Patch + SkyProc clarification.

Post » Fri Dec 13, 2013 11:29 am

Hello,

You should run boss and build your bashed patch before running SUM/SkyProc Patches, correct?

Should I also un-check any mod that appears below the bash patch in load order before creating the bash patch? Such as Automatic Variants.esp, Asis.esp Asis-Dependency.esp? And then re-enable them after the bash patch has been installed? Or should these mods be un-installed completely until after I've generated the bash patch? Does any of this matter?

Thanks?

You are correct, BOSS and bashed / tesedit merged patch should be done before any skyproc stuff. Everything after the bashed patch should be excluded from it if you are (re)building your bashed patch, they don't have to be completely uninstalled though. Some SkyProc mods like ASIS will cause problems if you uninstall and reinstall them and try and resume a saved game.
