When I was playing oblivion it became irksome when I had to poison each individual arrow before firing it. I was thinking that there could be a special recipe that required a higher amount of resources and a certain type of container to create (like some kind of bowl or something so you can dunk all your arrows in at once). Or if they don't want to get that complicated with it, they can use the same 1 poison bottle = 1 poisoned arrow formula in OB, but have the option to poison a lot at the same time as long as you're not in combat and assuming of course that you have enough poison.
