So I was doing the Battle of Bunker Hill mission(Institute side) and during the chaos, I realized that no one was actually attacking me. I'm not sure if it's a glitch or not, but while all the NPCs from different factions continued to kill each other, I was able to simply walk around. I wanted to test the limits and started shooting the fusion cores on BOS PA to get in it myself. I did this several times, and STILL no one attacked. I ended up getting almost all of the BOS and collected the weightless, broken PA. (I also killed some synths for the armor and other faction members for their armor and no one faught back) I took the PA to my nearest settlement once the mission ended and I repaired it all. Anyone else found that? Is it a glitch or did I just stumble on a great exploit?

sort of but there so many suits of PA to be found all over the map by the time i had that quest my character already had a large collection of PA

Isn't it marked as stolen if you shoot the core and get in it yourself?

Other than that, it's not a glitch. It's just a good spot to farm BoS power armor. The parts at least, if not the frames.
