battle for solitude error help : V

On the quest on battle for solitude (xbox360), after I came into the city, the city still clean, there's no war, but the quest still on. Help me fix this please

Reload before you enter the city, wait for everyone else to enter.

Did you FT into the city? The battle should start outside and enter the city from there.

FT ? Outside the city, ulfric was talking to stromcloak soldier. There's no fight

Ah!!! Yes definitely reload from before you got there, it should reset.

When I get in the city, ulfric and galmar is fighting the solitude guard but there's no stromcloak army and I can talk to the solitude guard. Oh someone please help me

Have you been interrupting his dialogue or rushing off too early? It happened to me in the courtyard of High Hrothgar. Be patient and wait it out for a minute, if nothing happens try talking to Ulfric or Galmar. Something is not 'clicking' with the quest. Alternatively FT to the sawmill and walk up from there.
