100 Ansei lead by all the Sword Saints and Cyrus
Cyrus was, as Hoon Ding, unbeatable at his prime. This may or may not also mean that he was a Shezzarine. Fact is; just Cyrus could whoop ass.
100 Ordinators lead by the Tribunal (Pre-apotheosis), Nerevar, and Alandro Sul
Everyone here is mortal. Not much of a match.
100 Dwemer lead by Numidium
The Numidium. The Numidum single handedly conquered all of Summerset, permanently destroyed part of Elswyr, let mannimarco asend, AND conquered all of Illiac Bay. It has much of the power of Shor, and as such can even sunder Aka in a single stroke.
100 Imperial Knights lead by Tiber Septim, Zurin Arctus, Reman Cyrodill, Pelinal Whitestrake and Morihauss
knights are worthless but they are led by Talos (Pelinal being Shezzarine and thus Wulfhart), an Immortal Winged bull, and Reman (Talos before the 3rd era.). Three Shors are better than one.
100 Tongues lead by Ysgramor, Wulfharth, Shalidor and the three heroes who defeated Alduin
Tongues, once again, don't matter. Two Shezzarines? thats enough.
100 Psijiics lead by Divayth Fyr, Galerion, Mannimarco, Syrabane and Phynaster
Remove all mortals. Mannimarco is left. Look at his sphere; it's a MOON of ARKAY. Arkay isn't even a high subgradient; he pales in comparison to any of the Shezzarines here.
100 Dremora Valkynaz lead by Mehrunes Dagon
a bunch of lesser Daedra lead by Mehrunes, who although a powerful Daedra pales in comparison to Akatosh and Shor.
The army with the most Shezzarines is the Imperials. Since none of them can lose easily, it means the battle would go on for a looooooong time. That said, I think the Numidium might have more of Shor in it than they all do combined. So it's debatable.
