Hey everyone, I found a weird game that appears to have been in development for some time.I was not sure what to make of it so I figure that I will post what I know.


The Game is called Battle of the Gods and it is a beat em up type game in which gods from various religions and mythologies come together to have a brawl, some of the Gods Are, Zeus, Thor,Anubis,Zenu and even Santa Claus. This Game even has its own website which you can find http://battleofthegods.com/About/. I for one have always wanted a game like this but I figured that it would never be made with all of the religious tolerance nowadays. So I just wanted to know what you guys think of a game were gods Brawl.

I dont like some of ways the characters are prtrayed and hate beat um ups but I am buying this.

Hm made by such a small team.......hm we won't be seeing this for a while.

This game sounds hilarious. I can just imagine some of the smack talk that would result in playing this game.

Well, at least some people are saying [censored] political correctness. Though I do believe "haters gon hate" on this one.

I can see some really bad fallout from this game all around the world. Sounds like a very controversial game.

It's a video game, no one takes them seriously. Except Thompson and Australia.

I could have sworn there was a N64 game that operated on the same premise. I think it was a fighting game called war gods, battle gods, or something (I forgot)

Lucas arts came out with a game looong ago called http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Afterlife_(computer_game).. Where you either ruled over a heavan or hell as deity and either rewarded or punished inhabitants of a local planet.
