Battlefield 3 revealed

No, you need slugs, not magnum rounds.
Also, I don't really see the problem, they don't have a scope, need two shots or a headshot (which you need to be pixel perfect to get) to kill at long range, and if you miss at close range you're pretty much dead.

Yep. I used the shotgun at long range regularly, but I think the rounds mae it like

normal ======
rounds ======= = are bullets

I did 0 damage up close when I zoomed sometimes.

Butt damn shotguns weregreat specialy against UAVs.

That looks fantastic. Frostbite 2 is looking very good.

I miss WW2.

Please release a game that allowed alternate history displaying the outcome of the second world war.

I want to control Hitler's army, pushing the Allies back off France...taking Stalingrad...Pushing the Brits across the sands of Africa.

I want to control Stalin's army...taking Berlin by storm, betraying Allies, taking over Europe in the name of the Fatherland!

I can dream... ;__;

I'd rather have them focus on multiplayer and add more maps than make a short single player that I will only play once. Still, it looked good. I am also very disappointed that they are releasing a day one map pack DLC that you have to pay for.

DICE gimping the console multiplayer is really making me not want to get this game.

Only 24 players on consoles? You [censored] kidding me DICE?

Oh God dammit, I'm glad to hear prone is in the game, but I swear, if dropshotting will be possible, I will go on an ape [censored] killing spree of DICE employees. Hopefully they'll keep prone realistic.

I'm actually fine with it, I was actually expecting 18 players max, but 24 will be nice.

If they could just up the player count a little I'd be happy. I'd be happy with 28 or 30. Not like I'm asking for the full 60+ player experience DICE.

And if they don't fix the whole "Can't speak to my entire team, only to my silent squadmates" I may join you on that DICE killing spree.

The only thing i have read that i don′t like is the 4 classes.
5 was way beter with the demo an spec op class not mashed together.
And also think it is weird that engeneers running around with silenced smg′s and then shooting loud rockets.

Looking formward to this game.

I'm really looking forward to it, Battlefield is my favourite fps series, though I hope after this game theygo back and do WW2 or Korea or something like that, I'm getting a bit bored of Modern Shooters

I really liked Battlefield 2 and it's multiplayer suff, but in these days.... While BF3 does look nice and all, am I the only one who thinks: "Oh god, even more of these?" and how the FPS genre has stagnated to the point of every game being a copy of a copy of a copy?

Guess I let go of my subscription too soon. Oh well. I know most of what I need to know simply from watching the fault line videos anyway. Cool though. This is one of my biggies for the year. Here is to strong sales and maybe putting CoD down a peg. Though I do enjoy that series also and have no real problems with it as a whole.

You know, with that whole Infinity Ward fiasco losing all those employees, who knows we might be able to watch Call of Duty go away. Finally.

Activision doesn't agree:
