I've been playing BF3 for a while now and love it (finally got Origin to run right, 3 weeks now and no hickups [crosses fingers/knocks on wood]). Today I saw that BF4 is free for download on Origin Game Time ( you download for free and can play it for 1 week) and was wondering if it's worth it? Sure it's free and I have nothing to lose but I also know that the game has had a lot of bad rep for being broken/buggy but was wondering if that is still accurate? I like how BF3 plays on multiplayer and was wondering if putting time into BF4 would be worth it if it may be a game I would be interested in buying later.

Basically I'm wanting opinions and feedback from people who have played it (preferably recently to account for bug fixes and patches) so that I may make a more informed consumer decision.

I played on Xbox One and it was one of the worst games I've ever played, this is coming from someone who played and enjoyed all the previous games, which I played on PC.

The bugs may have improved, but the game is still average at best.

I played through it twice. There were some cool parts but it was incredibly short and the ending was kind of well.... Terrible. It was worse than COD Ghosts' ending.

I too enjoyed it but the ending was pretty bad. The game had a lot of potential but instead it ended like it did and I felt it was a rushed ending. It led up to this huge confrontation only peter out like it did.
