My Dunmer character will have a rough looking goatee.
Nord characters will have braided beards.(Pretty long)
Orc characters will have glorious beards.(Undecided)

Not sure about the other races.

I just meant Beth won't go to the extreme with beard length & variation. They have other stuff to care about than implementing 1000 styles of beards.

I will be disapointed if you can have a long bead but then it does not move just stick to the character so not very long and to look quit dense to.
