Because it costs so much that the players press the F1 key on the keyboard

It is the key that is on par F2 and Esc key

Why is it so difficult if you are seeing that there is a cheat in the game?

i think the big problem open the votekick because no every body can find the "~" symbol. if the command and control menu could have a simplier button like the TAb or any other button everyone can find soon to open everybody would vote faster. just my opinion dont be angry.
