Becoming enemy with the BoS

Is there any way to make the BoS your enemy without actually engaging them? As in, a moral question, quest after the main quest?

I've destroyed the Institute, Railroad and now want to destroy the BoS as well. I know you can together with the Minutemen, however.. I want to do this legit.

I know you can just go in the ship and start killing 'em, but want to find some sort of quest or moral question to do this.

Thanks in advance!

There are missions that naturally make the BoS your enemy in the main storyline, but unfortunately you've wiped out the factions that give those missions. It would involve you pretending you're on a side other than the Minutemen's for a bit. There may be another way at this point, but I'm not aware of any.

Start a new character, side with MM and kill EVERYONE else dude.
Or see if fallout 4 magically saved it somewhere down the line; the new save history per character thing is great.

When you do the quest to get into the institute, you're basically selecting them as the MAIN choice. After that and aiding settlements for a while things pickup.
Say no to your old man-baby.
Say no to the guy that was a 10 year old child in fallout 3.
Say no to that crazy woman. (Ive never sided with them, dont recall her name. I dont believe in their cause atall, never have)
Say yes to that black guy you can hoodkup with after killing raiders and a freakin' deathclaw
