Are there any legal beds to sleep in, in Fort Frostmoth. After doing the quest there for awhile, the staircases have been giving me a headache, and I'm pretty much tired of looking.

Even if its an owned bed, you can just wait till no1 can see you to jump in

OR you could just walk out to the docks and sleep there (pretty sure theres no sleep restriction there...)
