My Legion Courier is stuck on Render Unto Caesar at the White-Glove stage.

She has Very Good Karma (who doesnt?), Speech is only 50 and does not have Cannibal. The wiki is a bit unclear on the matter, and after numerous reloads Im coming here for an answer

Is there a way to do both Pheeble Will and Beyond the Beef using the above stipulations that will get the White Gloves to side with Ed? Ive done it before but those Legion Couriers had much higher Speech and/or Cannibal
