So I thought I'd lay this game to rest 3 weeks ago after the issues with MP, I recall a patch came out which basically did not solve the lag and hit detection for me, so has this game improved since?

I did the same as you, changes are:

JAW is a potato gun
K-Volt is a tazer that will rip your head clean off
Mk. 60 is now more accurate
Its no help to fire the turret while crouched anymore
The assault rifles now have larger spreads and more recoil
Maximum nanosuit is now the regular nanosuit with a 'little' extra armor
Mobility enhance is only a slight advantage, using something else is better.
THE LAG IS STILL A PAIN IN THE ***

So no, they havn't fixed the main issues yet, just played around with weapon stats.

thanks, in that case I will never buy a game made by crytek again. People told me to give them a chance, and I did and 3 weeks later there is no change. In my book that is poor community management.
