... I would like to see some +'es and -'s about this game! I think I'm going to order it tomorrow, from a Swedish store. For 298:- (:- = Swedish SEK)! BTW. It's Ultimate Edition. I think it includes 6 DLC's?

But first, some questions:

• What's good with ''Honest Hearts''? How do I begin the quests from it? Or is it just weapons and armor?
  
• What's ''Gunner's Arsenal''? (I think it's that name...) I guess it's weapons, because of the name!
  
• All the other DLC's in the Ultimate Edition? Forgot it...
  
• What has been improved since Fallout 3? I really hope you can scope this time! (Not only with Sniper rifles.)
  
• That was all the questions...

This is really important. Ya know, I need to be 100% sure that this game is cool! Well, I already know that it is after looking at some great videos on YouTube..!

Oh! And I've heard that you can change your Pip-boy to something called ''Pimp-Boy Three Billion'' or something I think! That's awesome. It's like in gold right?
You couldn't do that in Fallout 3. I got tired of the old one, it looked like s**t!

WOULD APPRECIATE ANSWERS!!!

• Honest Hearts is a DLC where you go to Zion Canyon in Utah to deal with the problems there. You meet the legendary Burned Man (Joshua Graham, Caesar's former right hand man before he was lit on fire and thrown into the Grand Canyon) in this DLC.
  
• GRA adds a lot of high end weapons and mods for guns that are all very, very expensive.
  
• What do you mean 'forget it' with all of the other DLCs? They were all incredible and I recommend playing each and every one multiple times.
  
• Pretty much everything, story, dialogue, weapon modifications, weapons themselves (there are tons more), balance, and characters.
  
• Then why does #5 exist?

I wrote ''Forgot it''. I can't remember all the other DLC's in the Ultimate Edition. And why would I say ''forget it'' to all DLC's in NV? Everyone says they are awesome!

And when you say that you recommend playing every one multiple times, I'm even more convinced that the DLC's is awesome.

FNV has a lot more quests in the base game alone. Factions are probably the most interesting difference between FNV and F3, you have to pick your freinds and enemies wisely. Of course things like raiders (fiends) will attack you no matter what.

hardcoe Mode adds a nice touch to the game too. Ammo has weight, you have to drink water, eat food and sleep somewhat regularly in your adventure of the mojave wasteland. Stimpaks don't heal instantly, slowly over time, and only doctors or doctor bags can heal crippled limbs.

-iron sights
-More focused on questing than exploring
-side quests are more justifiable than in fo3
-all factions from the main quest are morrally grey just some darker than other
-DLC is awesome(only have HH and OWB)
-very much replayability, especially with mods
cons
-if you like exploring then you will be disappointed, or so I heard
-No people voiced by the guy who did Lucien Lachance and Mr. Burke

3. In Old World Blues you have to get your brain back from an evil scientist. Do not do this unless you have lots of ammo and are a high level. I am planning on getting the other 2 later
4. look at pros. The main quest is not do errands to find daddy. No 3 dog. Iron sights. there is not a dlc that is fallout mixed with COD(a.k.a operation anchorage). Caesars legion(yes I am a legion fan boy, move along). Much more immersive.

edit: unless you hate steam I recommend getting this for the PC

The DLCs are Dead Money (A survival horror DLC where you're trapped in a hellish pre-war casino with a surrounding Villa. There is a bomb collar around your neck and no way of escaping unless you do everything a crazy old man named Father Elijah says.), Honest Hearts (already explained in my first post), Old World Blues (You are teleported to Big MT (the Big Empty to some), a pre-war scientific testing facility where cutting edge technology and horrifying creatures have been created.), Lonesome Road (You are contacted by a man named Ulysses who knows of your past. You must travel the treacherous Divide to meet him and decide something that affects the wasteland forever.).

Pretty awesome IMO. I've beaten all of them recently (after watching Let's Plays when they first came out) and loved all of them. IMO Dead Money and Lonesome Road seem to be the ones that have the most replayability due to the number of choices (or, in Lonesome Road's case, the side you chose) that affects the ending of the DLC.

Yeah, I've read that on the Wikipedia page. I think I will play on Easy or Normal in the beginning, and maybe when I've learned some more, I would love to try it out!


I can't. My PC can't even handle Minecraft... I'm getting it for the 360 instead!



Dead Money seems cool. Horror in NV...

If I were you, I would buy it and see the pros and cons for yourself. It's much more fascinating when you figure things out on your own.

This Fallout makes a vast improvement compared to Fallout 3. With New Vegas it's all about story, dialogue, interesting characters, choices and consequences. Oh, and weapon mods plus the choice to join certain factions. If you join one faction, then it will effect how the other ones treat you.

There are still some bugs but with the UE most are fixed. You'll really enjoy NV because it's more of an RPG then Fallout 3. The level cap is raised to 50 with the 4 DLCs too.
