Beggars

Should people be a beggar with low costly clothes? Or, just plain old beggars in the game? But no, you can't wear stuff like the Arch-Mage's Robe from Oblivion, which costs 0.

Change the voting option to only one vote per person....Don't let us vote for everything.

I like beggers because they add atmosphere...I've never seen a city without beggers.

As long as their voices are consistant. Or their dialogues choices are restricted.

Beggars' only use is to bug the crap out of you to the point where you kill them. But that's what makes it cool.

Give them a few gold.
Threaten them.
Punch them.
Kill them with bow or spells as they flee.
Loot body and take the gold back.

As long as they fix the god awful voices, they're fine.

As long as Conversations don't go...
"Spare a coin for this old war veteran"*Beggar Voice*
"Everyone is talking about the Kings death!"*Normal Imperial Voice

As long as that doesn't happen I'm happy for Beggars to be in the game, perhaps with the new Havok Behaviour they will act more like the ones off Assassins creed and not just standing around just waiting for someone just to offer gold.lol

Beggars and homeless are necessary for a world like TES. They tend to add to the experience. I mean, do you really think a world with that many problems would have no homeless, bums, or beggars?

Beggars are integral to the realism of the game. I like the way beggars were done in Oblivion, and they should probably continue that.

After playing Assassin's Creed, I hate beggars with a burning passion.

Seriously, yes. Having them makes cities feel more alive without needing more housing.

So kinda like the rich guys who pretend to be beggars, and when their shift of begging is done they change clothes, jump into their Mercedes and go to do rich guy stuff.
