Not sure if this is a famous glitch or not but here goes:

When the game starts up and I start in the carriage I am not sitting in the carriage, I am t-posed in the front of the carriage where the driver sits and the every character model is inside of mine. I have absolutely no idea what is going on here. I deleted all local files, I re-downloaded the game and it still didn't work. I used another steam account that doesn't have the game and downloaded the legendary version and that still didn't work. If ANYONE knows how to fix this could you please help me? I am pretty bad with computers so if it is technical then please make it super simple. I really appreciate any help anyone can give.

Did you use any mods that needed FNIS mod?

yup looks like you are running a mod that requires fnis and you didn't run fnis tool to generate animations.
