I'm trying to make a weapon script but the GECK site hasn't been particularly helpful (fsome things aren't very clearly defined), anyway
I need to make an effect that runs whenever the weapon hits a target, my first thought was to use onHit, but Ive some odd things about that one
I need to get the references for the user of the weapon, the weapon, and the target of the weapon.
These two should be pretty easy, but now for the harder bits:
I may need to be able check the ammo effects
I need to alter the damage of the attack on the fly
