Yeah the three eyed creature is probably some kind of troll. I thought "werewolf, yay!" when I first saw it, but I was wrong. Looks amazing though.

If you're referring to the one with the bear, that is not a tentacle beast. What you see is a dead mammoth, buried under the snow. Part of its face, along with part of the trunk, is sticking out of the snow as proof. What you see is not a tentacle, but a tusk.

The one with the bear standing bahind it? its a dead mammoth, thats its tusk.

Could be caves and dungeons too.

Maybe. I'd say they'd have to be reasonably important to put on the map. If not villages or larger settlements, at least plot-specific buildings, dungeons or landmarks.

By the way the reason it is black in the corners is because the map was angled away from the camera and I skewed it to get it back to it's true shape. In case you didn't see the video and thought I was leaving something out..
