A nice little article followed by a vid.

... perhaps dances around the info we want but whatevs.

Edit:
I think these stills captured from the video and posted by Edwarded are pretty helpful.

Are we continuing in this thread, since the other reached the post limit already?

Anyone make out what all the different kinds of meat are at 3:08? It's a little too low res for me, I can only see venison, goat meat, mammoth trunk, and I think the ribs say dog meat, but that's it. The top right starts with an H, horse meat?

Can't find the quote from the last thread about Skyrim taking Western Morrowind Territory, but check the map again matey. It hasn't grown.

However, it is interesting that there are direct roads into other provinces. It'll be interesting to see how they turn you around.

Hah! Cameo of me right at the end on the left of the table, laughing at what can only be another one of Killmon's Liza Minelli impersonations. It really is uncanny. Also, I think I had stir-fry that day.

I am fascinated by that concept art of that female character - you know, all white, with her hair (?) flowing behind her, screaming. So want a closer look.

Also, 3:49, just above and left to the spider, if that's a hut, I'm in. You need settlement with more outworldly looking habitations.

And, yeah, guy with flaming arrow. *wants to set fire to stuff*

Werewolves have been confirmed. If you look at the meat slide one piece is labeled as such.

And horkers.

Can we post links to stills from the video?

Just want to discuss, but it is easier if everyone is looking at the same thing!

Okay, reposting and slightly altering my notes on the map from the last thread.

MAJOR CITIES
- Windhelm (large label)
- Riften (large label)
- Whiterun (smaller label)
- Solitude (smaller label)
- ??? (we can't see the labels on the coastal cities - either could be a major city)

OTHER SETTLEMENTS
The labels on these are difficult to make out, but cross referencing their positions with the previous Skyrim map, we can see:
- Dawnstar (possibly a major city)
- Winterhold (possibly a major city)
- Markarth Side
- Falkreath
- Two previously unknown towns between Windhelm and Riften

REGIONS
(the names on these are hard to make out)
- Eastmarch (described as "volcanic tundra")
- The Pak? (middle letter unclear; apparently has snow)
- Rift (described as "fall forest")

So based of that map is it safe to say we will see a variation of environments? Like snow, rain, green lush areas to dark?

Oblivion seemed to be to much of a bright environment(which I loved though) and Fallout 3 was to much of a depressing, dark environment.

I hope Skyrim has it all.

also, how often are we going to get these updates?

Indeed. Looks like we'll be crafting at a "cool workbench"

I seriously can't wait for this. :)
