After i put the lighthouse fire out, ito steal the gold of the crashed ship, every town and every towns person, guards , attack me. They dont ask me if i want to pay a fine or go to jail, they all just want to kill me. Is there anyway i can stop this? I have alot of money and things collected and have done a few quests. Is there a way i wont loose all this if I have to go back to stop the attacks, because i would have to go pretty far back....

In a world like Skyrim, if you piss off the people with weapons they will come after you. If it were any different, the game wouldn't be fun. This game has repercussions for your actions.

I completed that quest and I dont get attacked. Are you sure its not bounty related?

Talking to a guard which does not attack ya is a means to pay off a bounty, if ya can find one.

If you have a higher enough bounty Guards will attack on site. Look on the stats menu (start button on 360) to see what bounty you have in each hold. To get rid of the bounty either yield to the guards by unsheathing then sheathing your weapon and paying a fine or spend jail time or join the theives guild and sort it out from there.

In the past, if I did somehow get a bounty by mistake, I'd find a spot to store all my items and then go pay the bounty or wait out the time in jail. Then I'd go back and get all my equipment from wherever I stored them (barrels usually). Doing it that way, I was able to keep all my stolen goods.

Yes i go into the sun and it says my blood is boiling. is that the reason and how do i get rid of that? I have been to the shrine and it said all disease is gone......

Its a glitch. I was wanted in a town for trespassing (about a 5 gold fine) and I was attacked every time I entered it about 7 times in a row (after leaving the guards range every time). Save, turn off and reload, it took a couple tries but it eventually worked.

Go to any inn and ask the innkeeper for local rumors, it will give you a quest to cure vampirism. Since you're hated try small towns like Riverwood or Rorikstead. Also you have vampire powers that make you invisible and force enemies to be friendly to you, these can help getting the quest.

Alternately if you want to remain a vampire and not get attacked, you must feed on a sleeping person. If you feed regularily you won't get attacked on sight.
