Why you make forums that won't allow me to post anything?
I posted one thing in like 3hours orso and you block me?

Yeah, read your own post, it is just preventing people from spamming the forums.

Yes, that's flood control. After you make a post you have to wait a minute before you can make another. It isn't an attempt to punish people, it just makes sure no one can spam the forums.
