What is going on with the checkpoint saves? I was getting past the FDR checkpoint but after dying a number of times I`m being pushed further and further back I am now having to collect the bio-samples again. This is insane!!!

Must have been something in the save data that was corrupted I deleted the numbered saves and I can restart from the proper checkpoint now.

Which file did you delete?
I have the same problem.
