I was in a cave were I contracted vampirism, which I normally notice and then go back and load. But this I didn't notice, mostly because the people around me weren't acting any different.. I thought this was strange, but also kind of cool. I've always wanted to be a vampire, and now I was, without anyone knowing! Yay!

Anyways, suddenly i got a message saying "as a blood thirsty vampire you are hated and feared". And then all around me started attacking me.

I've been a vampire before with another caracter, but then i was attacked immediately after contracting it. So here's my question: Is this a bug or is it a new thing; that when you, as a vampire, feed on human blood, people cannot know that you're a vampire, and when you don't they will notice? O_o

Why is that, and what do I do now? I know I have to get close to at sleeping person to feed, but how do I do that, when everyone starts attacking me the moment they see me?

Also, before when people didn't know I was a vampire i would get comments such as this; "Don't like those red, creepy eyes of yours" (or something like that) So it cannot be a bug, right?

Stage 4 Vampirism alerts everyone around you and will have them hate you. So long as you avoid stage 4, the NPCs don't give a damn.
