I see a line that says you can turn a follower into a steward but not all of the followers work so I was wondering if anyone has tried Belrand yet.Andra I'm sorry if I am missing something specific.

If you click on the link it will take you to a UESP page showing all the followers, housecarls, etc. To the right on the page there are 3 columns, Marry, Blade, and Steward. Look for the green check marks. I find that information to be pretty accurate.
