Does anyone know (either exact dialogue or generally) the reasons Benny gives you for embarking on his plan to establish an independent New Vegas? I think he explains it if you can persuade him to meet you in the Presidential Suite, but on this playthrough I didn't have the Speech skill to reach this point.

I'm considering the independent path and would like to know his reasons for embarking on this route.
