Best and Worst lines of dialogue in Fallout: New Vegas

Ok, so I'm posting this particular thread in the spoilers section because I want everyone to feel free to post any line of dialogue from any part of the game without the worry of being pestered by people saying that they haven't gotten that far yet. Anyway, it's simple. Best and worst. Tell us what you think was the best and worst line of dialogue in the entire game.

Best: "Don't worry, I won't have you lashed to a cross like the rest of these degenerates."- Vulpes Inculta

Worst: "If that's what ya think."- Jeanie May in Novac

The Jeanie one is just stupid. In the mission "One for my Baby", Boone contracts you to find the individual who sold his wife. Well, after rifling through the safe in the floor behind the front desk in Jeanie's office, you find the bill of sale from her to the Legion. Boone tells you to bring whomever the guilty party is, in front of Dinky so he can kill them. Anyway, you go to get Miss May and say, "Come with me, there's something I need to show you in front of the dinosaur.", and she's like, "If that's what ya think.", and then proceeds to go there. Really?! Even if you've never met her before, go into her house while she's sleeping, and wake her up, she'll still say the same thing and go out there. A complete stranger breaks into your home and tells you to stand in front of a dinosaur that has a reclusive angry sniper in it, knowing that you've sold his wife into slavery, and also knowing that maybe, just maybe he's found out that you did it. Oh, and look at the time! It's Boone's shift.....
