Best and Worst of the Daedra

I still don't see why everyone claims Azura does all these horrible things and why everyone blames her for the red year when there are more deserving people to blame.

Because so many people think she's "good".. therefor it's cool to make her look as bad as she can be. As for Daggerfall.. it's interpretation of the TES gods is kind of an aberration. I mean, Molag Bal's dialogue is fairly polite. The whole dialogue and interpretation of Daedra in Daggerfal is fairly generic and condescending mythology god talk.

I think you got people confused with the best, worst thing, do you mean by worst as in the bad written, hated prince or simply the prince that we dislike? Anyway..
Best:
Nocturnal, Dunno maybe cause she was one of the first ones to meet.
Mephala, I like all dat six & murder BS. oh and also the Morag Tong.
I like other princes as well but these are on the top of the list.

Worst:
Peryite, Pretty lame & boring prince, with no interesting lore.
Hiricne, Don't have much on em, just not too fond of hunting and werewolfs stuff.
Meridia, eh, she shouldn't be a daedra.

Best daedric artifact:
Mace of Molag Bal, Simply cause it just screams EVIL! and it was the very first daedric artifact for me to own.
Skeleton Key: Every good thief needs one.

Worst artifact:
Spellbreaker: Never used shields, don't need em.
Dawnbreaker: Looks like [censored]. and has a [censored] enchantment.

Deserves its own Expansion:
Either Mephala or Norturnal, and i'm more on Mephala. we've kinda seen enough of noctunal in skyrim, so there isn't really much to go on after the nightingales.

Don't forget Battlespire. He was behind that as well, IIRC.

Technically. Herma-Mora already has his own DLC (Dragonborn?)

But anyways. Voted Skeleton Key for best cause I used that picklock all the time. I voted Goldbrand as the worst cause it has just a simple fire enchantment! Not really useful and unique, except that it looks like a katana.

Also, Lorkhan was never a Daedric Prince.

~Edit~

Voted for Hircine as best cause he created werewolves and Bloodmoon definably was one of my fave expansions. It also had best cutscenes.

Voted for Molag Bal as worse cause of vampires. XD. To be honest, I had a hard time voting this one.

Im all for Azura here.
Including artifact and expansion.
Worst Daedra? Sheogorath. I hate him. Perhaps one of the reasons I dont like Shivering Isles... or was Shivering Isles what made me hate him? Both perhaps.
Worst Artifact? Hircine′s Ring. I dont like lycantropy.

The voiceacting for molag bal in skyrim completly destroyd his image. http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_detailpage&v=a3NL0zYqr7w#t=97s

Azura and HM is tied for 1. place. Based on their quest and overall apperance.

Best artifact: sanguin rose or spellbraker

Worst artifact: Ring of hircine

Personally, I like Molag Bal's voice in Skyrim.

It's Hircine's voice in Skyrim that made me upset.

Now that I hear it again.. that voice doesn't exactly scream domination. [censored]? Maybe.. but it sounds way more cunning and far less brutish than it should.

That's what I meant when I said two games(I should have specified). He was the primary antagonist of Battlespire and Oblivion, and he was retconned to be behind Jagar Tharn of Arena.

I think being cunning is better then being brutish when it comes to corrupting and dominating.

His sphere isn't cunning though. It's domination, [censored] and enslavement.. right through might. As opposed to his nemesis Boethia.

Molag Bal's voice sounds like he wants to do to me what he did to Serana.

Its a very annoing voice nonetheless imo. This is a much better representation off someone with his character and http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_detailpage&v=7gm5HVE8TNw#t=24s

The best artifact question should really be divided by game. In morrowind, I'd have to say that the savior's hide was best. But in oblivion, I think goldbrand was the best. I have no idea which one for skyrim though.

I found Spellbreaker to be quite useful for my warrior, especially when fighting dragons. The Ebony Mail and Ebony Blade are both useful as well.
