Now if said Tang Long (Lee) versus Colt (Norris), as their characters were called in the movie in which they fought in, then Tang Long would've won since he [spoiler alert!] killed Colt [/spoiler alert!] But Bruce Lee never killed, or would kill, Chuck Norris... although we never know, right? Maxson, because he established what BoS truly is, just like the first Fallout established what Fallout is.

Lyons because he's the only one on that list who can adapt. I doubt many of those names will someday be in history books in Fallout unless my War fan fic is atleast semi canon, then Lyons will be remembered as the founder of a country.
