Hey all,
I was just wondering what your guys' personal recommendations were for the best city and village expansions. I am aware of http://www.mwmythicmods.com/SettlementExpansions.htm list, but I'm sort of overwhelmed with all of the available options. Which ones work well together, and which ones do not? Which ones are lore friendly or not unbalanced?

I just wanted to get an idea on the best mods for this that are out there.

I've tried many in the past, but there's only one I still use.

Creates an atmosphere that makes it feel like an actual city, and fits with the concept art better.

Trancemaster's Morrowind Rebirth is nice if you want a complete cohesive redoing of every city. You can delete parts of it yourself if you're pro at modding (although I wouldn't recommend it)
